In new version new functionality was added: now it is possible to save selected linear object to CSV file. First 2 columns in CSV file contain X and Y coordinates of object's points.

Using this fast and simple utility you can view *.shp files (ESRI shape files). No *.dbf and *.dbx files are needed. Only polygonal and linear features are supported. Points will not be shown.
